RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your Satisfaction Matters

We stand behind the quality of our bacteriophage products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

✓ Eligible for Return (if damaged or defective):

  • Ampules - Can be returned if damaged during shipping or found defective
  • Liquid bacteriophage products - Returnable in case of damage or quality issues

✗ Non-Returnable Products:

  • Suppositories - Cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations
  • Creams and topical preparations - Cannot be returned once received
  • Living bacteriophages - Due to their biological nature and storage requirements
  • Sale items - All sale items are FINAL SALE

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Items must be in new and unused condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1: Request RMA Number
Email our customer service team at phages@healthy-tours.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once you receive your RMA number:

  • Place the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the return form provided with your order
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package

Step 3: Ship Your Return

⚠️ Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing time: At least 1 business day from receipt
  • You'll receive an email notification when your return is processed
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store credit and exchanges are also available upon request

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at phages@healthy-tours.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
