Composition & pharmacological action
Active phage components
Mix of sterile filtrates of phage lysates active against:
- Shigella (flexneri serotypes 1, 2, 3, 4; sonnei; newcastle) — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Salmonella (paratyphi A and B; typhimurium; enteritidis; choleraesuis; oranienburg) — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Escherichia coli (different types) — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Proteus (vulgaris, mirabilis) — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Staphylococcus aureus — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
- Enterococcus faecalis — titer no less than 10⁻⁵ ml
Inactive ingredients
Bacteriological growth medium, standard sodium saline, Chinazolin as a preservative.

Pharmacological action
Intestibacteriophage leads to specific lysis of the following bacteria: Shigella flexneri (serotypes 1, 2, 3, 4), Shigella sonnei, Shigella newcastle, Salmonella paratyphi A and B, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella oranienburg, Escherichia coli, Proteus (vulgaris, mirabilis), Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus faecalis, providing targeted antibacterial action without affecting beneficial bacteria.
Therapeutic indications
Intestibacteriophage is used in the treatment and prophylaxis of intestinal infectious diseases caused by the enlisted microorganisms.
