Please be informed that phagen can be stored in the refrigerator, but never in freezer.
Please note the phage manufacturer updated the packaging of the bacteriophages specifically to make them travel-friendly during international shipment. The phages can safely tolerate temperatures up to 28°C during transit without any issue.
Upon arrival, the phages only need to be placed overnight in the refrigerator to rest before use. They should not be stored in the freezer.
